Returns & Reordering
1. Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and complete.
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Process
The cost policy depends on the country and the type of order:

Free of charge (DE & AT): Only applies to customers with a registered customer account.
- Process: Log in to your customer account, select the order, and under “Return” download the free return label.
- Paid returns (all other shipping zones & guest orders): For orders placed without a customer account or from other shipping zones (e.g. IT, FR, ES, PL, BE, NL, LUX, IE), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide a return label for these cases.
- Non-EU countries: Please make sure to declare the parcel as “returned goods”. If declared incorrectly, any customs duties and fees incurred will be charged.

4. Refund
After your return has been inspected, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. (Note: During peak periods or around public holidays, delays of up to 3 additional business days may occur.)
5. Reordering (No Direct Exchanges)
A direct exchange (“item for item”) is not possible.
- Return the items that do not fit as a normal return.
- Simply place a new order for your desired item in our online shop. This is the fastest way to ensure your size or color is still available. Standard shipping conditions apply.
