All products are designed to be taken during exercise. The range is deliberately limited to a few product groups instead of a wide selection.
Which form is right depends less on the product than on the situation: drinks provide fluid and energy at the same time, gels work fastest, bars keep you full for longer and are the easier-to-digest choice on long rides.
Tip: On long rides, combine the forms instead of relying on just one. Sweet gels over several hours lead to flavour fatigue for many riders, and if you cannot take anything in any more, you no longer have an energy problem but a tolerance problem.
