With the German Service Award, the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and the news channel ntv jointly honor companies that impress with exemplary service. In the category “Bike & Accessories – Customer Rating”, Bobshop prevailed against 40 other companies – and for this we would like to thank our customers!
Excellent customer service is a matter close to our hearts. Every step we take is aimed at providing our customers with the best possible experience. Germany’s Best Online Shops 2025 – for the tenth year in a row, Bobshop stands on the winners’ podium!
As every year, DISQ and ntv conducted an independent consumer survey in 2025, in which nearly 78,000 online shoppers evaluated their experiences. In the category “Bicycles & Bicycle Accessories,” 19 online shops were analyzed – and Bobshop secured first place in the “Customer Service” ranking!
More than 50 sub-criteria were assessed, including:
- Value for money
- Offer and product range
- Customer service and consultation
- Shipping and returns
- Ordering and payment conditions
- Customer recommendations
We are especially proud of our top rating in customer service! Because it’s not only about fast processing, but also about personal, competent, and friendly advice. In 2025, Bobshop was also able to score in another category and was named one of the two best German online shops overall in the field of bicycle accessories! In the relevant subcategories “Customer Service” and “Ordering and Payment Conditions,” we even achieved first place, once again demonstrating our service-centered approach within the industry.
