According to the manufacturer, Lazer's KinetiCore technology has crumple zones built directly into the helmet foam, which are designed to absorb rotational forces as well as the direct impact. The helmet does not need an additional insert as with other systems. The Tour de France edition has the race's design and is an item for fans who want to connect their helmet with the Tour.
Tip: A helmet from an older Tour edition may have been in stock for some time. The production date inside the helmet shows how old it actually is.
