Warm hands

Your hands cool down quickly on the bike, because they are exposed to the headwind and hardly move. Scott winter gloves keep out the wind and insulate your fingers, but they must stay thin enough for you to operate the brakes and gears safely. For wet days there are models with a membrane.

If you ride off-road a lot in winter, also look for a grippy palm.

Tip: Do not dry winter gloves on the radiator after your ride. The heat can damage the membrane and leather.
