Headwear from HAD for kids comes in smaller versions of the brand's multifunctional scarves and hoods. They are worn under the bike helmet, when sledging or on the way to school.
Why a separate kids' size?
A scarf in an adult size is too loose for a child's head. It slips under the helmet, slides over the eyes or forms creases that press. Kids' sizes fit more tightly and stay in place. This is important under the helmet, because fabric that has slipped changes how the helmet fits.
A scarf can be worn as a neck scarf, headband or thin hat. This is practical for kids, because one item covers different weather conditions and quickly disappears into a jacket pocket.
Tip: After putting on the scarf, readjust the kids' helmet. The chin strap should then still sit so that just one finger fits underneath.
