Which cycling gloves are suitable for continuous rain?

For continuous rain, gloves with a waterproof membrane are suitable. They stay dry even on long rides in the rain, while water-repellent gloves get soaked after a while.

A non-slip palm is important so that you can brake and shift safely even with wet handlebars. Long cuffs at the wrist stop water from running from your jacket into the glove. It is best to wear the glove under the jacket sleeve.

If you commute regularly, you will particularly benefit from a waterproof model.

Tip: Turn waterproof gloves inside out after the ride and let them dry. Sweat also makes them damp from the inside.
