Gore Wear long cycling tights for women are long tights without bibs that are held at the waist by a waistband. Long tights with straps are in their own category, long bib tights.

Why long tights without bibs?

In winter, you wear several layers over the tights: base layer, jersey, jacket. Tights with a waistband can be opened during a break without having to take off everything above them. This is the main reason why many female riders choose tights without bibs in winter. For this, the waistband must sit high enough so that your back is not exposed when you are bent over.

Tip: Check the transition between the waistband and the jacket both standing and in your riding position. A cold strip on your lower back is often only noticed on the way.
