Shorts without straps

Cycling shorts without straps are quick to put on and take off and are suited to touring, commuting and shorter training rides. In the low position on a road bike, the waistband can press on long rides, which is why most road cyclists ride bib shorts. If you do not want straps under your jersey or ride with a backpack, go for shorts with a waistband.

No underwear is worn under Nalini cycling shorts; the pad lies directly on the skin.

Tip: Try the shorts on sitting down. If the waistband slides down noticeably at the back, the shorts are too small or cut too low.
