The cap under the helmet
A helmet liner is a thin cap that is worn under the cycling helmet. In winter it keeps your head and ears warm, in summer it absorbs sweat before it runs into your eyes.
It is important that the fabric is thin and lies flat. A thick hat pushes the helmet upwards and reduces its protection.
Tip: Readjust your helmet when you wear a liner. If it sits too loosely, it can slip in a crash.
