A Scott helmet liner keeps your head and ears warm on cold days and absorbs sweat before it runs into your forehead. It has to be thin enough for the helmet to still fit properly.
If you need more protection for your neck and face, go for a balaclava.
Tip: Readjust your helmet after putting on the liner and check the chin strap.
