Scott road shoes

Road shoes have a very stiff sole, often made of carbon or reinforced plastic, so that as much power as possible reaches the pedal. They take 3-bolt cleats and are hardly suitable for walking. Closures such as a Boa dial system can be adjusted while riding.

The shoe should fit firmly without pinching so that your heel does not slip when pedalling.

Tip: When fitting the cleats for the first time, place them fairly centrally and readjust them after a few rides.
