Different versions
The shorts differ in intended use and price. Several are available in a set with a matching jersey. Cycling shorts without straps are held at the waist by the waistband. Many women prefer them to bib shorts because they are easier to take off and put on during a break and there is no strap running across the chest.
Underwear does not belong under cycling shorts. The pad is designed to absorb friction and moisture directly against the skin.
Tip: Before you buy, test the shorts once in the riding position, ideally on a stool. If the waistband slides down noticeably at the back, they are too small or cut too low.
