Why straps

Bib shorts are held up by straps over the shoulders instead of a waistband. They do not slip in a stretched position and do not press on your stomach. That is why they are the usual choice on the road bike and for long rides. For women, they have one drawback: for a toilet stop, you have to move your jersey and the straps aside. Whether a Nalini model has its own solution for this is stated in the product description.

Tip: The straps should run flat over your chest and not dig in. If you feel a pull at your shoulders when you straighten up, choose a larger size or a cut with longer straps.
