When are long-sleeve bike shirts suitable for trail and enduro?

Long-sleeve bike shirts are suitable for trail and enduro above all in the transitional season or on rides in the shady forest, where the loose, technical fabric protects your arms from the cold and at the same time from scratches from branches and undergrowth.

The casual cut typical of trail and enduro is retained, with sleeves made of the same moisture-wicking material as the body, so you do not need an additional separate jacket. Thumb loops on some models also keep the sleeve in place and stop it from riding up during intense movement.

Tip: If you combine it with elbow pads, choose a long-sleeve shirt with a narrower sleeve end so that the pad does not slip and still sits comfortably.
