From thin to winterproof

The HAD groups, multifunctional scarf, headband, under-helmet cap and balaclava, can be ranked by warmth. The headband is the lightest type and only covers the forehead and ears. The under-helmet cap is cut as a hood and sits smoothly under the helmet. The balaclava is the warmest item and also protects the neck and face.

If you ride a lot in winter, two items are usually enough: an under-helmet cap or a balaclava for your head and a scarf for your neck.

Tip: Always try on headwear together with your helmet. Not every helmet can be adjusted far enough to accommodate a thick hood.
