Altitude as a starting point
Mexican cycling is strongly shaped by geography. Large parts of the country are above two thousand metres, and riders who grow up there have an altitude tolerance that others must first acquire through training. Historically, the country has produced mainly climbers.
The colours follow the national flag, usually as a vertical division into green, white and red. This combination is rare in the bunch and correspondingly striking.
The collection is rarely restocked, because demand outside the country remains limited. If you find a model in your size, do not wait for a larger selection. Additional items such as socks or caps are usually not part of this collection.
Pissei makes its products in Italy and uses a tight cut.
