When to wear a headband?
A headband is the solution for days when a cap would be too warm. Under the helmet, your ears stay protected while your head releases heat through the helmet vents. This is pleasant above all on long climbs in spring and autumn. In summer, a thin headband absorbs sweat before it runs into your eyes or onto your lenses.
Tip: Pull the headband down far enough that it covers your earlobes. That is where you feel the cold first in the wind.
