Merino or wind protection
There are models made of merino wool and models that mainly keep the wind off your head. A helmet liner has to be thin and lie flat, or the helmet will no longer sit securely. In frost, it can be worn together with a multifunctional scarf that covers your neck.
Tip: Under the helmet, pull the liner far enough over your ears that the helmet straps lie on top of it. That way they do not chafe your skin.
