Specialized road shoes
Road shoes have a stiff sole so that as much power as possible reaches the pedal, and they take 3-bolt cleats. Dial closures can be adjusted while riding.
Road shoes are hardly suitable for walking, as the cleats stick out below the sole.
Tip: For short walks, fit cleat covers. They protect the cleats and the floor.
