Cycling shorts with a waistband
Sportful cycling shorts without straps are quick to put on and take off and easy to deal with during breaks. The chamois pad sits directly on the skin, and no underwear is worn underneath. A wide waistband spreads the pressure on your stomach.
If you ride long distances, you will tend to choose bib shorts, which fit better in a bent-over position.
Tip: With cycling shorts, look for a high waistband. It does not slip down in the riding position.
