The innovative Gabba short sleeve light jacket has been copied many times but has rarely achieved Castelli perfection. The mix of short sleeve jersey and "all-weather jacket" was developed because cycling professionals kept demanding it. It is designed for the nastier of unpredictable days which demand more thermal insulation and it is simply unique. Spray protection, waterproof and taped seams are but a few features which protect you from rain. This jacket is made completely for rain.
The Gabba rain jersey is the core of the Perfetto family. Articles from the Castelli Perfetto product group have been developed from Gabba but are a bit more lightweight. They offer less thermal insulation, but are equally functional. Here, jerseys are blended with the properties of wind jackets. But here as well, keeping off rain and spray plays an important role. With the Castelli Nano Flex material the Italian manufacturer has created an innovative and meanwhile well-established functional material. To such an extent that the Italian manufacturer decided to create an entire product family around it. The Nano Flex material is a Winterlycra material with compelling flexibility, and which at the same time offers excellent results in terms of breathability and water resistant properties. Due to the use of innumerable nano-sized silicone threads water and dirt simply drip off!
