A jersey for indoor training should do as little as possible: no wind protection, no warmth, no rain protection. Only breathability matters.
What matters
The more open the fabric, the better the fan works. A full-length zip is more useful indoors than you might think, because you can open it during hard intervals without taking the jersey off.
You do not need back pockets on the trainer, but they do not get in the way either. The fit is more important: a jersey with a tight race cut sticks unpleasantly when you sweat heavily. A little more room is more comfortable indoors than outdoors, where aerodynamics speaks against it.
A practical detail is long zip pullers with a loop, because you can grip them securely even with sweaty fingers.
Light-coloured jerseys show salt marks more clearly; dark ones hide them. For durability, however, washing after every session is what matters, not the colour.
