Returns & new orders
If the articles you have ordered do not fit or meet your expectation, no problem!
At Bobshop the process is convenient. Simply return your items within 30 days, no explanation required. Please note that we can only accept unused articles with the original labels.
The Bobshop special 30 days return period offer, does in no case, interfere with the 14 day legal right of cancellation or the legal warranty.
You need to bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. For the return shipment we recommend using your respective national postal service, according to our experience this will be the cheapest variant.
Important for returns from non-EU countries!
You must declare your return as a "return of goods" or "returned goods". Provide proof of this when you check in your parcel, e.g. with freight documents, invoice, etc., and pay any shipping costs incurred. Your returned goods are then exempt from customs duty. If Bobshop is charged customs duties and fees for your return shipment because you declared the return shipment incorrectly, we reserve the right to charge you for these costs.

Processing and refunds
Upon receiving and reviewing your return we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of purchase.
We place great emphasis on a thorough and quick processing of your return. However, delays of 2-3 workdays may occur during season kick-offs, high amounts of incoming orders and the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
An exchange "article for article" is not possible. Instead, please simply order anew. In this case send all unwanted articles back via return shipment within the return period of 30 days and place a new order. This way your replacement article will reach you most quickly and you no longer have to monitor the procedure. The new order will be delivered at the regular shipment conditions.
Why doesn't Bobshop offer exchange "article for article“?
In a nutshell: Because a new order is quicker, easier and more beneficial to you!
With a new order you immediately have the possibility to order the desired product. This way the probability increases of your desired article being available in the desired size or colour and not being out of stock.
