Then every aspect of the bike and rider must be optimized down to the last detail. With shoes, BOA fasteners offer a high level of adjustability, but also a surface for the wind to attack. Laces already have advantages here, but are still not optimal when it comes to aerodynamics. Until now, aero overshoes were the only solution, but this was always at the expense of ventilation. That's why GripGrab has developed the Faststream Aero, a principle which, together with aero socks, comes extremely close to the aerodynamics of an overshoe without making any significant sacrifices in terms of ventilation. The gaiters work with any type of shoe closure and still allow the micro-adjustment of BOA closures while riding.
