The ENERGIZE Advanced bar is a further development of the legendary Energize bar, the first carbohydrate bar ever! It has been optimized both in terms of taste and performance to meet modern nutritional requirements. Particular emphasis has also been placed on a better texture; while the old bar was a little too sticky for many consumers and could stick to the packet, this is no longer a problem. For performance, the bar now uses an optimized ratio of fructose to glucose. Thanks to this optimum ratio of 2:1, the bar also perfectly supports advanced athletes and racers who want to consume more than 60g of carbohydrates per hour. For the perfect taste, the bar uses oat flakes as a base and supplements them with real fruit. It is also enriched with extra sodium and extra magnesium to support energy metabolism
