Reflective elements increase visibility and the special DWR coating makes the PACR even more weatherproof than normal wind vests without compromising on weight and pack size. The race fit eliminates the traditional biggest problem of a wind vest, flapping. This vest is optimized to fit snugly yet comfortably so as not to interfere and to noticeably improve aerodynamics. It is aimed at particularly sporty cyclists and can even be used in races.
