The helmet was developed in close cooperation with the Intermarche team and their wishes were integrated into the helmet. The riders wanted the choice between uncompromising aerodynamics and a compromise between aero, light weight and ventilation, but without having to change the entire helmet. Uvex therefore developed an Aerocover that can be placed over the helmet to close the vents. The Surge Aero MIPS 2026 road bike helmet is the ideal companion for demanding road cyclists who want to combine safety and aerodynamics. With its stable multi-inmold technology and integrated MIPS® Air Node system, it offers reliable protection at a low weight. Thanks to the new 3D-IAS-Pro system, the size can be adjusted quickly and precisely, while high-quality chin straps and a lightweight SNAP fastener ensure an optimum fit. Reflective elements on the back increase visibility, and the integrated goggle garage and removable aero cover make the helmet a real all-rounder for top sporting performance.
