Race Ready with the Beta Pro Aero Jersey. The Pro products at MAAP are not only developed for the Greenedge team, but also together with them to guarantee the best performance in racing and training. The basis for this is the race fit with a low and wide-cut collar and a high front waistband to ensure a wrinkle-free fit in low aero positions. Another important factor for aerodynamics is the extended sleeves with a 3D aero groove structure with laser-cut finishes. A great deal of development work went into the sleeves and, just like the rest of the jersey, they were optimized down to the last second using extensive CFD analyses and wind tunnel tests in order to offer professionals and amateurs a competitive advantage. The jersey is reduced to the bare essentials and does without any features that are not needed in the race, such as reflective elements or a zippered security pocket, which are a matter of course in other products from the brand. Despite all these aero features, the jersey is extremely breathable and can also be used during hot training sessions and races. This breathability is guaranteed by the choice of fabrics. MAAP uses a micro-mesh fabric on the front and back, which breathes superbly but still guarantees aerodynamics, comfort and a wrinkle-free fit thanks to its high elastane content. Thanks to hydrophobic treatment, the fabrics dry extremely quickly and even the sleeves use mesh fabrics between the aero grooves. The lightweight construction and consistent avoidance of anything "unnecessary" ensures a total weight of just 100g, making the jersey the perfect choice for both mountainous and flat stages.
