The Selle Italia SLR is perhaps the most used road bike saddle in the world! It has been a success for generations, increasing its cult status, but at the same time is constantly being further developed. The addition of the Superflow cut-out, for example, relieves the perineal area and helps many athletes who have problems with numbness in this area. With idmatch, Selle Italia has also established one of the largest bike fitting systems in the world and uses the findings and data from thousands of fittings to optimize the saddles. These findings are used to determine the size classification in S3 and L3, as well as to analyze the areas where padding is required. The latest Advan generation is also lighter thanks to newly developed steel struts and now weighs less than 200g.
