The Proframe helmet from Fox is in a class of its own: originally designed as an intermediate stage between an open face and a full face helmet, it combines the protection of a full face helmet with the ventilation and lower weight of an open face helmet. The firmly fixed, patented chin bar is the decisive factor here: despite the additional protection provided by the bar, the air can reach the head almost unhindered. Another feature is the patented Varizorb Dual Density EPS shell - the special design of the shell with two different densities of foam increases the helmet's protection factor in the event of a fall. The modern Mips protection is of course also integrated. Thanks to the generous ventilation openings and the comparatively low weight, wearing comfort is unprecedented in a full face helmet.
