Terms of Participation

Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Bike o' bello Radsportversand GmbH & Co. KG, In den Weinäckern 4, 69168 Wiesloch, Germany (hereinafter "Organizer").

Entry period

Entries are accepted until 26 July 2026.

Entry requirements

Open to all natural persons aged 18 and over. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded.

How to enter

Participation is by completing the giveaway entry form on the website bobshop.com. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prizes

A total of 10 prizes will be drawn:

1st Prize: One 5-piece TOUR DE FRANCE 2026 Maxi Set "Yellow" (M11347-1).

2nd Prize: One 2-piece Set TOUR DE FRANCE 2026 "King of the Mountains" (S11349-1).

3rd Prize: One 2-piece Set TOUR DE FRANCE 2026 "Sprint King" (S11351-1).

4th Prize: One 2-piece Set TOUR DE FRANCE 2026 "Best Young Rider" (S11353-1).

5th Prize: One 2-piece Set TOUR DE FRANCE "Alpe D'Huez" 2026 purple (S12066-1).

6th to 10th Prize: One official TOUR DE FRANCE short sleeve climbing jersey (11349-1) each in white-red.

Winner selection and notification

Winners will be selected by random draw after the entry period has ended. If a winner cannot be successfully contacted after three (3) attempts or does not respond within a maximum of 3 calendar days, the claim to the prize shall lapse without replacement. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.

Privacy

Personal data collected during entry will be used to conduct the giveaway. Where consent to the newsletter has been given, data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.

Other provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time and without giving reasons. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall not be affected.
