Junior Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) E-Commerce.
Are you looking for an exciting position in the future-proof and forward-looking field of e-commerce? Are you passionate about online marketing with social media, SEO, and SEA? Do you enjoy working in a data-driven and metrics-based environment? Can you identify with the sports industry and are you highly motivated? Then this position is perfect for you!

You will enjoy these tasks:

  • Developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads and sales
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns (SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing, display advertising)
  • Content management: Maintain and optimize our website to ensure an appealing user experience
  • Analysis and reporting of marketing KPIs using common analytics tools
  • Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
  • Monitoring of market trends and competitors

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in e-commerce, marketing, media, business administration, or comparable qualification.
  • Initial practical work experience or internships in online marketing are an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Initial experience with common online marketing tools and analysis programs (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Manager)
  • Analytical skills and affinity for data-driven decisions
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • You are interested in cycling or are willing to learn about it from us
  • You are determined, eager to learn, and want to be part of a successful team
