Finance & HR Manager (m/f/d)
is to be filled at short notice.

You will enjoy these tasks:
- Operational responsibility for finance & accounting, controlling, human resources, and administration
- Supporting the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) in collaboration with management, the tax advisor, and the auditor
- Human resources management: Personnel planning, recruiting, administration, controlling
- Performing business analyses and controlling
- Handling organizational issues and projects
- Acting as a contact person for banks, tax advisors, and insurance companies
What you should bring to the table:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
- Professional experience as a generalist with knowledge of controlling, accounting, and human resources
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Knowledge of common MS Office programs and general system affinity
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured, and organized way of working
